Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Name personalization does not add an extra processing fee or extra processing time.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is estimated at 15–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, or the destination. Please allow time for both processing and delivery when ordering for a birthday or holiday.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please review the options for your delivery address. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military or restricted areas, naval ports, or Jurong Island.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. You can also visit Track My Order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email help@gloveleya.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address and contact details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact help@gloveleya.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
