SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY We provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and JurongIsland. There are 2 delivery options available, Standard and Express delivery.Standard Delivery – It takes approximately 10-35 working days (Depends on the distance) to reach you from the time of order.Express Delivery – is available at an additional charge and it takes approximately 7 working days to reach you from the time of order. 2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances. International Deliveries For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here. 3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. 4. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at help@gloveleya.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@gloveleya.com.   Refund policy 1.Purchased but not personalized or shipped : Within 4 hours after placing an order, you can request a cancelation ,it is free.  2.Product has been personalized but not shipped out: Within 2 days of receipt of your order, you may request a refund. For personalized products (name printed dolls/backpacks), the product will be processedfor personalization within 4 to 10 hours after the order placed. Due to the specificity of the personalized product, once the product finished personalized, if you apply for a refund, you will be charged up to 25% restocking fee. (this is withheld from refund). For the 25% restocking fee, please understand that any personalized items are not able to be resold, if you have decided to take a refund,, we will donate the doll in your name or your kid's name to children in poor mountainous areas of Asia, Africa, and other Poor countries. The restocking fee you offered will cover the shipping cost and helps us spread your love to the world. ***Limited edition product(s) cannot be refunded or returned after the order placed unless the product(s) is faulty before received.     3.Product has been shipped/delivered but unused: Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may request a refund. Due to the specificity of the personalized product, once the personalizedproduct shipped out, if you apply for a refund, you will be charged up to 35% restocking fee. For the 35% restocking fee, please understand that any personalized items are not able to be resold, if you have decided to take a refund, please reject this package when it arrives. After the package returned to us, we will donate the doll in your name or your kid's name to children in poor mountainous areas of Asia, Africa, andother Poor countries. The restocking fee you offered will cover the shipping cost and helps us spread your love to the world. ***Limited edition product(s) and personalized item cannot be refunded or returned after the order placed unless the product(s) is faulty before received. 4.Used products: We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction. The customer must email to help@gloveleya.com.com for a return authorization before sending any product back to Gloveley.com. Or the refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item. If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund. You can send the item to the address below: (Please contact help@gloveleya.com to get the nearest return address in your area) Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days. 5.Shipping Damage Claims We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products. 6.Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. What Size Are The Dolls?
The size of doll is 14x7x4 inches (36x18x10 centimeters)

Can I Get The Personalization In My Preferred Language?
Currently our font only supports Latin letters and some widely used accented letters. If your personalization is in non-Latin language, drop us an email and we will help you do your customization!
 
Is A Presentation Bag Included?
All our dolls are shipped with free delicate presentation bags. 
We unfortunately don't provide bags for backpack products and small dolls..
 
How Is the Personalization Done On The Dress?
Our personalization is ironed onto the dolls. As it's aligned on the dress manually, it's normal that if your personalization is slightly uncentered.
 
Is My Doll Machine-Washable?
Our products are washable but please be aware that the personalization might easily come off if you heat it to 35 degree centigrades.
 
Can I Personalize The Appearance Of The Dolls?
As our products are all machine-made which means they are already fixed styles, we unfortunately cannot change the hairstyles/dress patterns/special marks of the dolls. If you have any ideas or suggestions for our products, we welcome you to email us about your thoughts!

What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. All our payments are processed in USD.
 
Do I Have To Pay Customs?
If you are using our free shipping service, you will not have to pay customs. If you are using express shipping service and shipping to EU, CA, you might be asked for customs charge. If you have ever paid customs fo your Gloveleya package, kindly send us the invoices/bills so that we can cover it for you!
 
Why Is The Price At Checkout Different From At Product Page?
Our payments are all processed in USD and the exact amount in $ would be shown at checkout. The price at product page is calculated according to your preferred currency for some references. If you are using another currency to pay, you will be charged based on the most current conversion rate.
 
Why Doesn't My Discount Code Work?
This might happen because you have added 2 or more items in your order and an auto discount has already taken precedence over the normal discount code.
 

 

After-Sales

Can I Return My Doll?
As all our products are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your doll/backpack arrived damaged or wrongly.
I Would Like To Make A Complaint, How May I Do That?
Send us an email of your complaints(damaged or defective posters) to customer service at gloveleya@outlook.com.
We would appreciate it if you can include an image of the product as well as of the package.
We can take care of you better through email, so please contact us by dropping an email instead of messaging us on social media.
I've Made A Mistake In My Order, Can You Change It?
You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. The changes can be made from the order confirmation that you have received by email once you have placed your order. By clicking the button 'View Your Order', you will find out the personalization that's been left
I Have Never Received Any Confirmation Email?
